How long before you see results
Everybody is different and that's why the time it takes to see results varies. Most people start feeling a difference after the first week. Yet, the best results come when you take BeLiv consistently for 3 months (or longer) to allow time to cleanse, res and renew. Therefore, we strongly recommend you take advantage of our 3 or 6 bottle discount package.
1.Be mindful of your food choices.
The "diabetic diet" can seem ominous and confusing. There are many messages that can confuse any diabetic:
Don't eat sugar, count your carbohydrates, watch out for high glycemic index foods, eat good fat, limit bad fat, and eat more fiber!
When discussing the effects of carbohydrates, protein and fat on blood sugar, portion control will help control blood glucose. One hundred percent of the carbohydrates you eat turn into sugar within a few hours of eating.
Carbohydrates are any starch, fruit, milk, yogurt or sweet that you eat. Fortunately you don't have to avoid these foods, but be aware of your portions.
2. Exercise
The purpose of glucose in the bloodstream (blood sugar) is to provide energy.
Since exercise requires energy, it helps you "use up" your blood sugar. Exercise also supports your blood pressure, improve circulation, decrease stress, improve sleep and aid in digestion.
Doctors recommend that 150 minutes of exercise per week to promote and maintain a healthy weight. This is roughly 40 minutes 4 times per week which you can break into smaller bits. If you only have time for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 at lunch time, just do it!
One precaution to take when you have diabetes is to check your blood sugar before you exercise. If it is less than 100 mg/dl then eat a snack containing carbohydrates (like crackers or fruit) prior to exercise.
This will help to prevent hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
3. Reduce Stress
If something has you bothered, try to make changes that can help you relax. You might exercise, spend time with friends, meditate, or replace negative thoughts with positive ones.
Mental dialogue and the pictures in our minds are incredibly important.. So do whatever you need to feel centered, calm and happy again.
4. Cut Back on Alcohol
Drinking alcohol can drop blood sugar to dangerous levels for up to 24 hours after you finish your last drink. When you drink, the liver has to work to remove the alcohol from the blood instead of regulating blood sugar.
5. Log Your Progress As You Supplement To Health
Yes, this is something many people, unfortunately don't do as a habit.
Keeping a detailed daily log can help you track what affects glucose levels.
• That log can include:
• Taking BeLiv, Insulin and other medications
• Foods, especially carbs - this will help you lose weight
• Physical activity
• Sleep, stress & illness
After a week or so, see if you notice any patterns.

Maca Root is a super food that contains a variety of beneficial compounds. It is a rich source of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as carbohydrate and protein. Despite its high sugar content, maca root is low in fat and contains numerous amino acids and bioactive compounds. Some researchers have even suggested that Maca Root has adaptogen qualities, meaning that it may help improve physiological health.
Ancient Peruvians valued the maca root as a form of currency and for its medicinal benefits. It was also used to treat many common conditions, including menstrual irregularities, menopause, stomach cancer, and fatigue. In addition, maca was a staple of the Incan diet, with warriors filling their stomachs with it before battle. Today, it is widely used for its ability to increase energy and boost mood.
Research into the anti-aging effects of maca root has revealed that it can help balance hormones, thereby preventing weight gain and depression. Studies conducted on mice have found that maca root can increase dopamine levels. Several studies have also suggested that maca may help improve mood. People suffering from depression may also find that maca root has positive effects on sexual health. Therefore, it is important to consult a healthcare professional before beginning a maca supplement.
Guarana
If you have a relatively healthy diet and exercise, you can take guarana to improve your health.
One study conducted by the University of Tasmania compared guarana with coffee and found that guarana gave the greatest increase in alertness and improved performance on tasks requiring mental acuity. The effects of coffee, on the other hand, peaked after about 30 minutes, and they wore off quickly. In addition to coffee’s many side effects, guarana releases caffeine slowly and provides a natural source of energy.
A few research studies show that guarana may help with weight loss. The Royal Society of Chemistry studied 12 slightly overweight adults for a month. Participants were provided with a controlled diet for fifteen days, and evaluated afterward. After the 15-day period, the participants received guarana powder mixed with 300 ml of water, which the researchers measured before and after the intake. Researchers then measured the participants’ body weight and the effects of the extract on their blood sugar levels.
Grape Seeds
One of the key benefits of grape seed extract is its ability to reduce the production of harmful free radicals. OPC promotes insulin sensitivity and increases the effectiveness of insulin. Therefore, OPC grape seed extract has many benefits for diabetics. It also prevents hardening of the arteries in the aorta of rabbits and reduces thrombosis markers in test tubes. It has been found to reduce blood cholesterol levels by 11 percent.
Other health benefits of grape seed extract include lower blood pressure, improved blood vessel function, and better immune system function. Some research has also demonstrated that grape seeds have a higher antioxidant capacity than grape skin. Grape seed supplements may have beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system and the blood vessels, although not in muscadine grapes.
African Mango seeds are edible and can be ground into a bread-like paste. Its food-thickening properties make it popular for use in stews, soups and sauces. This fruit also contains significant amounts of soluble fiber, which delays food exit from the stomach and slows the absorption of food. It may also reduce blood glucose levels after meals. This fruit has been used as a food and medicine in Africa.
Research suggests that African mango seeds can reduce blood cholesterol levels and support the health of the heart. The fruit contains beta-carotene, which helps lower blood pressure. It also contains healthy fats, including lauric acid, stearic acid, and oleic acid. African Mango extract is also effective in decreasing systoma, a common symptom of heart disease.
Studies in humans suggest that African mango may help reduce cholesterol. It has been shown to lower LDL cholesterol and increase HDL. It has also been shown to reduce waistline circumference.
Ginseng
In addition to helping with the effects of aging, American ginseng can help with diabetes, insulin resistance associated with HIV treatments, and cancer-related fatigue. It has also been used to treat blood disorders and nerve pain. It has anti-anxiety properties, some of the conditions it helps with include menopause, erectile dysfunction, and headaches. Ginseng can also be used to help with memory loss, menstrual problems, and complication of pregnancy.
One study found that ginseng could improve postprandial glycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It was administered to obese subjects for 12 weeks, but the treatment group did not show any differences compared to the control group. However, the ginseng supplementation resulted in significant improvements in subjects’ obesity indices. While this treatment isn’t for everyone, it does have many health benefits.
Studies have shown that ginseng significantly lowers the incremental glycemia after a glucose challenge. However, this effect is not yet clear. More studies need to be conducted to confirm or disprove this hypothesis.
Astragalus is a medicinal plant with numerous benefits. It is a powerful adaptogen that supports the human body’s natural defenses against stress. In addition to its many health benefits, astragalus also exerts an array of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions. In addition to its beneficial effects on the immune system, astragalus may also help protect against nervous tension and anxiety.
Astragalus has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It helps lower blood sugar levels by stimulating metabolism. In one study, researchers at the International Medicine Clinic found that astragalus root extract significantly improved diabetic nephropathy. This is due to its powerful anti-inflammatory effects. A study conducted in animals found that astragalus reduces fasting blood sugar levels and insulin levels. It also promotes improved insulin sensitivity.
Astragalus has been used for centuries to treat wounds. Its anti-inflammatory properties help promote healing and help reduce the symptoms of myocarditis. It is also known as radix astragali. Traditional Chinese medicine has long recognized the healing and regeneration powers of astragalus. Its healing properties make it a valuable addition to any herbal regimen.
Astragalus is a perennial plant native to China, Mongolia, and Korea. The roots are harvested when the plant reaches four years old. Some studies have suggested that it can support blood sugar levels in healthy individuals.
Gymnema sylvestre is a woody perennial vine native to Asia, Africa, and Australia. It has long been used as a remedy in Ayurvedic medicine, and it has a wide variety of other names as well, including Australian cowplant, periploca of the woods, and gurmar, meaning “sugar destroyer.”
Gymnema is a well-known herb for treating diabetes. It is thought to help the pancreas to regenerate, regulate blood sugar levels, and reduce body weight. It helps control sugar cravings by acting on a specific receptor on the tongue and in the digestive tract, which prevents the sugar taste buds from being stimulated. It is also said to be useful in reducing the risk of developing diabetes. It is also a valuable addition to a diet and weight loss plan.
Studies have shown that the herbal supplement Gymnema sylvestre improves blood glucose levels in diabetes patients. It has been shown to reduce the desire for sweet and high-fat foods, and improve insulin secretion and sensitivity. This herb has a range of anti-diabetic benefits and is recommended for people with type 1 diabetes and diabetics who struggle with high blood sugar.
The antioxidant activity of Gymnema has also been studied. It has been shown to lower the amount of free radicals in the body, which damage several body organs. The flavonoids and phenolic acids found in Gymnema have anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. Moreover, it improves the ratio of HDL to LDL cholesterol, and this means Gymnema has a number of benefits for diabetes.
